Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across various social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and fostering community relations. You will work collaboratively with our marketing and PR teams to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Create captivating content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and engage with followers in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and create reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and explore new platforms to enhance our social media presence.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and effective.
- Organize and promote events that facilitate community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Train and mentor junior staff members in best practices for social media engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- A passion for pizza and the food industry is a plus!
